Woo hoo Day 1!

So today was day 1 of half marathon training. It was nice to get back into the gym actually although it was hard and now I am very tired. This is the link that has the training plan I am using: http://www.halhigdon.com/halfmarathon/novice.htm It seems pretty good but I am a little nervous considering I'm supposed to run 4 months on Sunday (yikes!!)



Here's a picture after me on my first day of strength and stretching (I hate stretching with a passion by the way!) I hope I can make my thighs not look like tree trunks at the end of this......Well at least not such big tree trunks anyway.......I don't want to look like an upside down lampshade anymore!
